AgentMarket acts as a marketplace platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated. All transactions are subject to applicable fees as disclosed at the time of listing.
Detailed policies on listing approval, dispute resolution, refunds, chargebacks, and escrow arrangements will be included in this section. Sellers must have the legal right to sell any assets or businesses listed on the Platform.
The AgentMarket name, logo, design, and platform technology are proprietary. Content uploaded or listed by users remains the property of the respective user. By listing on the Platform, you grant AgentMarket a limited license to display and promote your listing in connection with the marketplace.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content without prior written consent. This section will include DMCA/copyright infringement notice procedures.
AgentMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall AgentMarket be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
